Reverend Thomas R. Merrill
Tom Merrill has forty eight years of pastoral experience in several local and
special appointments in the former Maine and now New England Annual
Conferences of the United Methodist Church. He has served churches on
Chebeague Island, in York and Ogunquit, Brewer, East Boothbay, South
Portland and Portland, all in Maine. He also served as executive director of
Methodist Conference Home, Inc. in Rockland, Maine and as Associate Director
for Finance and Administration of the United Methodist Foundation of New
England. Tom received his theological training at Boston University School of
Theology, earning a Doctor of Ministry in Church and Society in 1989.
